Overview : Strategic Asia is working with Yunnan Province in China to develop the concept of a South West Gateway to South East Asia. The position papers build on the recent article published in the Jakarta Globe by Satish Mishra, Managing Director of Strategic Asia, entitled From Shaking Heads to Shaking Hands: A New Possibility for China-India Relations. The aim of the papers is to create a policy dialogue on key areas of interest between these high growth large population bases.
